Mission
The mission of the Fund is to support the development of sustainable, profitable businesses capable of providing a return to member investors, to serve as a catalyst to connect resources across the region to build successful businesses, and to enhance the wealth creation of the people employed by the companies that receive investment from Catalyst Capital.
Appetite
The fund seeks to promote regional economic development through support of businesses with comparative advantages. Medical and rural health care, bio manufacturing, ag and med tech, advanced manufacturing, logistics, and music entertainment tech type businesses are potential examples.

Catalyst Capital LLC Members are Accredited Investors (investor members) who have diverse leadership and business experiences and can commit at least $50,000 to be invested over 3 to 4 years.
The success of a high-performing angel investment group requires meaningful, frequent member engagement. Members should value deepening relationships with one another and forming new relationships with other investors and entrepreneurs.
The Members should have a desire to participate in a diversified angel investment portfolio with the opportunity for additional investment alongside the investments made by the Fund.
